He chairs the Chief Executive Position in the company. He has an enabling role across all divisions providing them with strategic directions, advising them with industrial insights, and remaining engaged in collaborations and liaison.

Additionally, a proven record of strategy formulation and implementation, international IPOs, strategic exits, raising finance, M&A, incorporated joint ventures, and organizational development. He has been responsible for raising financing through innovative and cost-effective methods for global energy and managed lingual multi-cultural finance teams from Africa, South America, the Middle East, and the Far East.
