Mr. Bozdar brings over 30 years of global finance experience, specializing in business transformations, digitalization, and fundraising within the Technology, Energy, Renewables, and Mining sectors. He has a proven track record in strategy formulation and implementation, international IPOs, strategic exits, raising finance, M&A, joint ventures, and organizational development. A creative mind and a lateral thinker, he currently manages an SME-focused Socio-Economic Fund with investments in Technology, Energy Transition, E-Commerce, ERP, EdTech, and the Services sector.
